The "freshman 15" has become synonymous with college life, but armed with the right information you can eat healthily easier than you think. For those that have special dietary requirements, GU Dining Services has worked to make it as easy for you as possible to meet those needs.

The following food pyramid provides a general guide to help you make healthy choices--but are not ridged requirements. These amounts are based on one day. Be aware that serving sizes are often smaller than you think: a spagetti dinner may include 2-3 servings of noodles.
