in the Nina Hyde Room. Refreshments served.
An introduction to expressive writing for people with cancer and their caregivers
to assist with coping, self-expression and wellbeing.
This workshop will explore:
- what we know about writing and health
- managing emotions through improved coping skills
- write from the heart- leave the editor behind – you are the only expert on you
- reasons for writing: control, clarity, communication, confront, share
