Welcome to Faculty and Staff Assistance Program's Integrative Health Programs. As a part of the Human Resources team our mission is to provide integrative health services to the Georgetown Community that complement our mental health services. Our programs embrace a mindfulness approach to the well being of the "whole person.

Our programs are designed to help you bring such present moment awareness in to your daily living and working. We offer tools to help pause, respond instead of react and bring more balance into the situations you face everyday.
What are the benefits of attending Integrative Health Programs?
- Cost Savings: In addition to financial planning seminars, implementing health care strategies suggested by health and fitness specialists may help reduce your overall medical costs in the long run.
