Temp-to-HireHiring a Hoya Staffing employee for a temp-to-hire position can be a low risk, low cost way to fill your position with a highly qualified employee.
Once we receive your job order, we will do our best to recruit someone with exactly the right experience for your position. We look for someone who is willing to work as a temporary employee, but who is also interested in a regular position at the University.
When we contact candidates about the temp-to-hire opportunity, we ask them to apply online for the regular position and explain that, while they will be considered along with other applicants as you conduct your interview process, there is no guarantee that they will be selected for your position.
While many of our employees have been hired by Main Campus, University Services, Law Center and Medical Center departments, there is no obligation on your part to hire the temp for the regular position.
There are no additional hiring fees to hire Hoya Staffing employees into regular positions if you have employed them through Hoya Staffing for a minimum of six weeks.
