Rates and Fees Sample billing rates for Hoya Staffing temporary employees: (please consult your staffing specialist for your temporary employee's actual pay rate)
Rates effective 7/1/12 Temp-to-Hire Charges: There is no hiring fee if you hire a Hoya Staffing employee who has worked for your department for more than six weeks into a regular position. However, if you temp one of our employees for less than six weeks before hiring them into a regular position, or hire one of our employees directly into a regular position, there is a hiring fee of $1,000, less any Hoya Staffing hourly fees that have already been paid.
