Susan O'Shaughnessy

Susan has nearly twenty years experience in training, business writing, and instructional design.  She earned a B.A. in Political Science and Russian language from the University of California, Berkeley.

She completed professional coursework in facilitation skills, public speaking, corporate training, and instructional & technical writing.

Susan has contributed to nationwide training and presentation projects in the public and private sectors and has addressed audiences up to 300 people.
