Registration
When you have a final schedule, you must send your registration information to the dean - even if you already have confirmation that your selections were approved. Do not assume that the program coordinator will do this for you! You may return the blue registration form included in your study abroad handbook, or you may e-mail or fax the following information to the dean:
- course titles in the original language;
- a notation of how each course should count;
- credits or hours for each course, along with a tally showing that your proposed schedule represents a full courseload (all SFS students are required to take the full courseload as defined for their site).
Registration information will be posted to your record in Student Access + for you to review.
Please note: your pre-registration request for the next semester at Georgetown will be blocked if you have not sent in your registration from study abroad.
