Georgetown Leadership Seminar

Participation

Participation is by invitation only. We invite nominations from GLS alumni and from alumni, faculty and friends of Georgetown University. Nominations are accepted the summer prior to the seminar. Prospective participants are notified of their selection on a rolling basis.

Participation is on the basis of full-time attendance, and participants are responsible for their own travel expenses to and from the Seminar and for the $5,000 registration fee which includes all meals and lodging in first-class accommodations.

I am pleased to see that the Georgetown Leadership Seminar continues to offer new generations of emerging leaders an opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and experience represented by US academic and political institutions.  The interaction between people from different cultures and with diverse political backgrounds proves a wonderful setting for learning. My own stay at Georgetown University left me with a deeper understanding of international issues, and lasting memories– not the least from the constant dialogue with the other graduates. I wish the GLS ever success with its 25th anniversary and for many active years to come.
