All new students must complete the 2008 Immunization and Tuberculosis Screening Certificate prior to the beginning of classes. Beginning in the fall of 2008, freshman livining in residence halls must be show proof of meningitis vaccination. You may waive this requirement by first reading the Meningitis Fact Sheet and then signing and submitting the Meningitis Vaccine Waiver form. |
