Telecommunications Services: Video Conferencing -- Reserving a Room

Currently there are two locations available for Video Conferencing.  You must reserve the room and reserve the video conference equipment and services separately.


  1. Verify that the room can accommodate the number of people participating and has the appropriate video conferencing services

  1. Use GU Calendar to confirm availability and reserve the room.
